Information we hold

The former app collected account identifiers, learning activity and responses, speaking recordings, AI usage, and billing identifiers. The app is no longer available. Records may be retained in a restricted closure archive for accounting, support, legal obligations, and handling data requests. Stripe retains payment records under its own obligations.

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit so we can respond. Web3Forms delivers the form to our inbox. Please do not include sensitive information you do not need to share.

Website analytics

The remaining site uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page-view information. The site does not need an app account or payment details. The contact form and analytics involve service providers processing data for us.

Your requests

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information where applicable, or ask a question about the closure, by emailing contact@sailtcf.com. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required by law. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
